The Nationwide Company for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Individuals has stated it rescued and obtained 21,181 victims of human trafficking in 20 years.
The Director Basic of NAPTIP, Prof. Fatima Waziri-Azi, stated this when she appeared earlier than the Senate Committee on Social Duties for the defence of the 2024 finances.
