President Bola Tinubu has assented to a constitutional modification invoice harmonising the retirement age of judges throughout courts.
The Director of Info, State Home, Abiodun Oladunjoye, disclosed in a press release on Thursday that the president signed the invoice offered by the outgoing ninth Nationwide Meeting.
“In exercising the powers vested in him beneath the 1999 Structure as amended, President Bola Tinubu on Thursday on the State Home assented to a contemporary modification of the Structure of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
