The Speaker of the ninth Oyo State Home of Meeting, Adebo Ogundoyin, was on Wednesday, re-elected the Speaker of the tenth Meeting.
The PUNCH had reported that the State Governor, Seyi Makinde, penultimate Monday, endorsed Ogundoyin as Speaker of the tenth Meeting throughout the commissioning of the electrification and restoration of electrical energy to Olorunda Ogunsola and environs and Idi Obi, Karen, and Jigan communities in Ona-Ara Native Authorities space of the state.
Ogundoyin, representing the Ibarapa East state constituency, was re-elected throughout the inauguration of the tenth Meeting presided over by the Clerk of the Home, Yetunde Awe.
The movement for the nomination of Ogundoyin was moved by a member representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju state constituency, Adeola Bamidele and seconded by Babajide Gabriel of Ibadan North Constituency 2.
