Prosecutors have dropped a misdemeanor assault cost filed final October towards Las Vegas Raiders broad receiver Davante Adams after he shoved a photographer to the bottom as he left the sector following a street loss towards the Kansas Metropolis Chiefs.
The case filed in Kansas Metropolis municipal courtroom was dismissed on June 5, the courtroom confirmed to CBS Information. The Kansas Metropolis Star first reported the dismissal.
Adams shoved photographer Ryan Zebley to the bottom in an “intentional, overt act” that inflicted “bodily harm,” whereas strolling off the sector following the crew’s 30-29 loss towards the Chiefs, in accordance with courtroom paperwork filed by prosecutors on the time the cost was filed,
CBS Sports activities reported Zebley, was a contract cameraman who was working for ESPN throughout “Monday Evening Soccer.” He claimed to have suffered whiplash, complications and a doable concussion.
