The Ogun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the election of Governor Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The three-member tribunal on Saturday struck out the petition filed by Ladi Adebutu of the Peoples Democratic Social gathering (PDP), saying it’s “incompetent, faulty, disjunctive and lack deserves.”
