The Federal Government Council (FEC) on Monday endorsed the formation of a $5 million annual belief fund devoted to humanitarian and poverty alleviation initiatives.
President Bola Tinubu chaired the weekly FEC assembly and communicated the approval to the cupboard members current on the State Home.
