The court docket granted the order after listening to an ex parte movement by the Socio-Financial Rights and Accountability Undertaking (SERAP) and 185 involved Nigerians.
SERAP and the opposite plaintiffs had moved to restrain INEC from stopping the voter registration train after the Fee prolonged the deadline for the conduct of primaries by political events by six days.
