President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday mourned the passing of the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka (Adeola Olushi III).
He condoled with the household of the deceased monarch, the Council of Obas and Chiefs, in addition to the Authorities and folks of Lagos State.
Tinubu’s condolence message was conveyed in an announcement signed by his Particular Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, titled ‘President Tinubu mourns passing of Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka of Isolo.’
Oba Agbabiaka, 64, died shortly after observing the Eid prayers on Wednesday.
The Chairman of Isolo Native Council Improvement Space, Olasoju Adebayo, confirmed his dying in an announcement revealing that the deceased monarch can be buried by 4pm in response to Islamic rites.
Ngelale stated the President “Receives the information of the passing of the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Kabiru Adelaja Agbabiaka (Adeola Olushi III), with deep unhappiness.”
Whereas mourning the passing of Oba Agbabiaka, the President urged his household and everybody grieving this painful loss to take solace within the exceptional legacy left behind by the departed.
Tinubu, subsequently, prayed to God Almighty to grant the soul of the late monarch peaceable repose and his household the energy to bear the large weight of his passing.
