The Nigeria Police Drive says it’s going to quickly prosecute three ex-personnel who allegedly hijacked a truck loaded with 40,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) or petrol in Enugu state.
The Nigeria Police Drive confirmed this in an announcement printed on its X page on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
The police acknowledged that the suspects had been apprehended after an operation which led to the rescue of the kidnapped driver of the truck and motor boy.

In response to the police, ” the suspects concerned within the hijacking of a DAF SF Truck carrying 40,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) alongside the Ohodo-Opi Street in Igbo-Etiti LGA, Enugu State, on Might 29, 2024, had been dismissed law enforcement officials.”
