A mum within the UK has been compelled to grieve the loss of life of her new child twice after being instructed her child was useless, alive after which declared useless once more.

Chief medical officer Rebecca Martin apologised for not offering the right commonplace of care and help required.
“Now we have modified our practices and insurance policies following Grace’s unhappy loss of life, together with introducing additional monitoring for these prone to preterm labour,” she instructed The Solar.
