An Irvine man who faces two counts of animal cruelty within the beating dying of a service canine for defecating in his automobile in Santa Ana has been arrested after skipping out on a courtroom listening to.
Randy Francois, 40, was first arrested by the Santa Ana Police Division on June 28, when officers discovered a useless Yorkshire terrier in a parking zone within the 1500 block of East seventeenth Road, stated Sgt. Maria Lopez.
Francois instructed officers the canine defecated in his automobile and he “took it out on the canine,” Lopez stated.
Officers discovered no weapons within the car and imagine Francois beat the canine together with his arms, Lopez stated, killing the service canine.
In accordance with courtroom data, Francois posted a $20,000 bond June 30 and was set to seem again in courtroom Sept. 27 to face two felony counts of cruelty to animals.
Francois missed the courtroom listening to, in keeping with courtroom data, and was taken again into custody Tuesday. Jail data present he’s in custody in Orange County’s Central Jail with $21,000 bail.
