EL PASO, Texas — A Texas prosecutor going through mounting criticism over the dealing with of the 2019 Walmart mass taking pictures in El Paso that killed 23 folks resigned Monday after the county took the extraordinary step of in search of to take away her from elected workplace.
El Paso County District Lawyer Yvonne Rosales, a Democrat who was elected in 2020, agreed to resign throughout a court docket listening to Monday, El Paso tv station KTSM reported. Her final day can be Dec. 14.
