A public faculty district in Flint, Michigan, has banned backpacks, citing security issues.
The ban went into impact at Flint Group Colleges on Monday.
As a substitute, college students will be capable of carry clear plastic baggage with fitness center garments, lunchboxes, small purses containing private objects, comparable to hygiene merchandise, wallets, keys and telephones “inside cause,” the district stated.
