A Excessive Courtroom sitting in Abuja has granted the embattled former governor of the Central Financial institution of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, bail for the sum of N300 million.
Justice Hamza Muazu of the FCT Excessive Courtroom delivered the judgement on Wednesday, ruling that the accused must also present two sureties as a part of the bail situation.
The sureties should have certificates of occupancy and titles of properties inside the Maitama District.
