The Commissioner of Akwa Ibom State Police Command, Olatoye Durosinmi, has ordered the deployment of extra safety personnel to all Correctional Centres throughout the state.
An announcement by the command’s Public Relations Officer, Odiko Macdon, issued on Tuesday, stated the CP ordered the deployment when he undertook a two-day tour of Custodian services in firm of firm of Mr Julius Ezugwu, Controller of Corrections, Nigerian Correctional Service, Akwa Ibom State.
