The Anambra state Authorities, beneath Governor Charles Soludo, has vowed to not obey directives from non-state actors on any unlawful sit-at-home order.

The federal government press launch, which described the order as unlawful, urged residents of the state to not adjust to such directives from non-state actors or blame themselves for such compliance.
“Such directives needs to be utterly ignored by the residents of Anambra and by extension all the South-east.
“As for the imposition of sit-at-home order by unauthorised people or teams, it is a clear violation of the regulation.
“Anambra State won’t ever observe any sit-at-home order.
“Our markets, faculties, companies and different social actions will stay open.
“Anambra State won’t ever be a breeding floor for anarchy, worry or lawlessness,” the discharge acknowledged.

The sit-at-home order was launched by IPOB to place stress on the Nigerian authorities to free its chief, Mr Kanu, who’s dealing with terrorism costs.
