JABRAYIL, Azerbaijan, November 24. A solemn
ceremony of laying the muse of Soltanli village (Jabrayil
district in Karabakh), liberated from Armenian occupation, was

The village is situated near
Ahmadbayli-Horadiz-Minjivan-Aghband strategic freeway.
