“To the eye of the French Nationwide Meeting: Armenia has
stored Azerbaijani territories underneath occupation for 30 years,
violated the basic rights of one million Azerbaijanis,
dedicated battle crimes and devastated the area. All this time you
have been silent. By talking out now, you might be solely hindering
peace,” the publication says.
