A bar has been receiving “a whole bunch” of threatening messages and calls after a video went viral of the next-door artwork gallery proprietor spraying water on a homeless girl with a hose to scare her off in upmarket San Francisco.
The video, which now has over 12 million views, reveals Foster-Gwin Artwork and Antiques proprietor, Collier Gwin, casually leaning on a railing whereas hosing down the girl who’s sitting on the pavement.
The proprietor continues to spray the girl whilst she screams. After just a few seconds, he factors down the road and shouts on the girl to “transfer” a number of occasions. He then asks, “are you gonna transfer?”
