The Supreme Court docket, on Thursday, dismissed an enchantment by the All Progressives Congress candidate within the Rivers State governorship election, Tonye Cole.
Cole requested the apex court docket to sack Siminalayi Fubara as governor of the state.
He alleged that the election was marred by irregularities and that Fubara didn’t validly resign his earlier place as required by the regulation, earlier than the election.
