Different resolutions embody “The remunerations and advantages of all members of the Rivers State Home of Meeting and their workers have to be reinstated instantly and the Governor of Rivers State shall henceforth not intervene with the total funding of the Rivers State Home of Meeting
“The Rivers State Home of Meeting shall select the place they wish to sit and conduct their legislative enterprise with out interference and/or hindrance from the Govt arm of Authorities
“The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Fubara, shall re-present the state finances to a correctly constituted Rivers State Home of Meeting
“The names of all commissioners within the Rivers State Govt Council who resigned their appointments due to the political disaster within the state must be resubmitted to the Home of Meeting for approval
“There shouldn’t be a caretaker committee for the native governments in Rivers State. The dissolution of the Native Authorities administration is null and void and shall not be recognised.”
