Padampur in Odisha, Kurhani in Bihar and Bhanupratappur in Chhattisgarh are the opposite meeting seats the place bypolls shall be held.
The counting of votes shall be held on December 8 to coincide with the Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh poll rely.
