A grievance addressed to Saxena in June this yr had claimed that the appointment of the Minister of Transport because the chairman of the committee for tendering and procurement of buses by Delhi Transport Company (DTC) was finished in a “premeditated method”.

Saxena has authorized the clubbing of the present grievance with the grievance already being inquired into by the central probe company.
