A child colobus made his debut at a zoo in South Bend, Indiana, held within the arms of his mom, seen giving him a peck in footage launched on Sunday, April 7.
Footage posted to X by the Potawatomi Zoo reveals the infant colobus holding onto its mom. The zoo mentioned that the infant was born on March 23 and that “mother Moja appears to be doing an important job.”
In keeping with the Potawatomi Zoo, black and white colobus infants are born with pink pores and skin and white hair that change shade over the primary three to 4 months of life. The zoo says that guests usually tend to catch a glimpse of the colobus child on clear days which might be at the very least 50 levels. Credit score: Potawatomi Zoo through Storyful
