A Gusau division of the Federal Excessive Court docket on Friday nullified the Folks’s Democratic Occasion (PDP) Governorship major election held in Zamfara state on Could 25.
Justice Aminu Bappa nullified the election which produced Dauda Lawal because the State Governorship Candidate.

Ruling on the preliminary objection raised by the defendants, the court docket held that it has jurisdiction to entertain the matter because the matter is a pre-election matter.
