The South African Climate Service (SAWS) has issued a Yellow Stage 2 warning as damaging waves are anticipated to hit the coast between Plettenberg Bay and Richards Bay within the following days.
‘A Yellow Stage 2 warning for damaging waves resulting in localised harm to coastal infrastructure and issue in navigation at sea is anticipated between Plettenberg Bay and Richards Bay within the morning,’ reported the SAWS.
