Group Developments Associations (CDAs) within the Ailegun ward of Ejigbo Native Council Growth Space (LCDA) have thanked the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for fulfilling his promise to the group with the completion of a city corridor.
Recall that in 2021, Sanwo-Olu, requested all of the Councillors of 377 wards within the state to submit a undertaking every for rapid execution of their wards, the Councilor representing Ailegun ward, Fatai Shitta-Bay, selected the development of a contemporary Group City Corridor located in Zone 32 inside the Low-Value Housing Property, Oke-Afa, Ejigbo LCDA. The CDC chairman, Prince Atiku, emphasised on the significance of residents collaborating actively in creating their areas by means of their CDAs to enhance the federal government’s efforts on the grassroots.
Explaining what motivated him in selecting the group city corridor undertaking, Shitta-Bay stated since conferences had hitherto been held within the spot for years, he rapidly used the chance to have the city corridor within the ward. He was grateful to the governor for approving the undertaking for execution and finishing it.
Adekojo, Chairman, the Coalition of Ailegun Ward CDAs, expressed the gratitude of residents to the governor for making the undertaking a actuality.
