The late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun, who died late Thursday, might be buried on Friday night in Ibadan, a member of the family has introduced.

He was aged 81.
His youthful brother, Kola Balogun, stated in an announcement by the late Olubadan’s media aide, Oladele Ogunsola, that “Olubadan bowed out gracefully this night on the College Faculty Hospital (UCH), Ibadan after a short sickness.”
He added that the late Ibadan conventional ruler was taken to the hospital after having stayed indoors all through Tuesday on account of a slight malaria fever.
