The Federal Govt Council (FEC) presided by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has accredited the variation order for the East-West street mission sections 1-4 from N246 billion to N506 billion.

He stated the approval included the development of Gogora Guru Street in Yobe State, within the sum of N40 billion, with a completion time of 36 months.
“He additionally received approval for the rehabilitation of the 90-kilometre Buni Gari Gulani street additionally in Yobe State within the sum of N4 billion with a completion interval of 36 months.’’
The official added the minister additionally received approval for pressing repairs of some roads in addition to the reconstruction of the water cooperation drive at Trinity Avenue Victoria Island, Lagos state.

He added that the minister additionally received approval for the award of a contract for the dualisation and reconstruction of the Kano-Kwana-Ganja-Adeja street in Kano and Jigawa states.
