An indigenous agency, Soljas Restricted, has dragged the Ministry of Defence earlier than the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Port Harcourt to problem the destruction of its vessel, MV Cecelia, over alleged crude oil theft.

The SAN stated he had acquired preliminary objection filed by the third, 4th and sixth defendants (Rear Admiral Eugenunio Ferriara; Commodore Adedoku Siyanbade and Chief of Defence Employees).
