A Gold Coast councillor has been charged with homicide after his mom’s companion was discovered lifeless contained in the household house at Arundel.
Police have been referred to as to the property at about 3pm yesterday following stories of a disturbance.
Ryan Bayldon-Lumsden, 30, was arrested and later charged with homicide after the physique of a 58-year-old man was found.
The lifeless man is believed to have been the companion of Bayldon-Lumsden’s mom.
Bayldon-Lumsden, a former college trainer, was elected to Gold Coast Council in 2020.
Aged 27 on the time, he was the youngest councillor ever elected for the town.
He’ll face courtroom at this time.
