Video footage has captured the second a hot-air balloon crash landed on Melbourne’s St Kilda Seaside on Wednesday morning.
The video, uploaded on Instagram by Melbourne media identification Jacqui Felgate, reveals a hot-air balloon travelling at what seems to be a worryingly low peak throughout Beaconsfield Pde.
