The Nationwide Chief of All Progressives Congress and presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has promised to work in the direction of making a stronger and extra affluent Nigeria that can surpass the goals of the nation’s founding fathers.
Based on a press release issued by Tinubu Media Workplace on Tuesday, the previous governor of Lagos State stated this when he met with APC delegates in Katsina State, on Monday.
These in attendance included the Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Masari, his deputy, Alhaji Muniru Yakubu, and the APC Chairman within the state, Alhaji Sani Aliyu Daura, amongst others.
Addressing the delegates, Tinubu was stated to have promised to look into the irrigation drawback in Katsina and in addition assist in defeating poverty, starvation, banditry and violence within the state if elected president.
“Katsina has many dams. We’ll work with the state to reticulate them. We’ll do that to fight irrigation. Katsina has the sources to be an industrial hub, to be a centre for industrialisation and prosperity,” he stated.
The presidential aspirant urged the delegates to help him in rising because the celebration’s candidate as much as the purpose of turning into president in 2023.
