The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace, Festus Keyamo, has expressed displeasure at begging and extortion at Nigerian airports.
Keyamo mentioned in a press release on Sunday that he obtained a number of complaints concerning the menace of begging and extortion by some individuals.
He said that whereas the culprits function at airports, they don’t work for the federal government.
The minister, nevertheless, added that he’s working intently with related ministers, companies, and the Nationwide Safety Adviser to handle the problem.
