A man aged 66 has died after being attacked by his personal canine at a house in Tasmania.
Police had been known as to a home at Allens Rivulet, a rural space close to Hobart at 10.40pm final evening.
Tasmania Police stated the animal attacked the person, and a girl aged 64.
The person died after struggling severe accidents to his decrease legs. The girl was rushed to hospital.
Inspector Colin Riley stated the person was pronounced useless on the home.
“The girl was transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital with severe accidents to her decrease limbs,” Insp Riley stated.
“Our ideas are with the person’s family members at this tough time.”
The canine was euthanised on the scene by an animal administration officer from the native council.
Police stated a report can be ready for the coroner.
