The chief of the Myetti Allah Cattle Breeders Affiliation of Nigeria (MCBAN) within the South Eeast, Gidado Siddiki, has appealed to Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, to droop motion on the enforcement of anti-open grazing legislation within the state.
Siddiki, who acknowledged this yesterday, argued that implementation of the legislation would have an effect on its members’ supply of survival. He appealed for delay in implementation to allow the group educate its members on the matter.
