The Kaduna State Authorities stated a report of capturing and kidnapping on the Kaduna-Abuja expressway was false and needs to be disregarded.
The Overseeing Commissioner for Inside Safety and Dwelling Affairs, Mr Samuel Aruwan, debunked the report in an announcement issued on Thursday in Kaduna.
