MINNEAPOLIS — Opening statements are slated to start Monday within the homicide trial for a Chicago man accused of killing a youth baseball coach.
In July final yr, police say Jamal Smith shot Jay Boughton after the drivers had an altercation on Freeway 169 in Plymouth.
The taking pictures occurred as Boughton drove his son house from a baseball sport.
