Authorities have been investigating a murder Tuesday after an individual was discovered stabbed to dying on the sidewalk in a Woodland Hills neighborhood.
Los Angeles Police Division officers responded to the 5100 block of San Feliciano Drive in Woodland Hills on experiences of a hit-and-run round 5:47 a.m.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a person on the sidewalk in a pool of blood.
