The Police Command in Lagos State on Sunday, confirmed the electrocution of two members of workers of the Eko Electrical energy Distribution Firm (EKEDC) in Lagos State.
The incident passed off on the Obalande space of Lagos Island.
The Police Public Relations Officer in Lagos, SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the incident to the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN).
Hundeyin mentioned the case was reported to the Lion Constructing Division of the command on Saturday at about 5.55 pm, by one other member of workers of the EKEDC from the Lagos Island.
He mentioned the EKEDC employee reported that on Saturday, one in all his colleagues merely recognized as Umaru, 51 years previous, allegedly bought electrocuted whereas digging to find a defective transformer cable on the P&T Obalende space.
