Prophet, six others arrested for ritual killing in Ogun

The Ogun Police Command has arrested a seven-man gang suspected to be specialised in buying and selling human elements and for cash rituals.

The Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alamutu, disclosed {that a} human coronary heart and two kegs full of human physique elements have been elements of reveals recovered from the suspects.

The lads arrested on Thursday have been recognized by the police as  Moses Abidemi, Oluwo Monday, Prophet Peter Akiwunmi Ifatosin, Jamiu Yusuf, Sheriff Agbai, and Osojieahen Alioneitoura.

Alamutu defined that the Divisional Police Workplace in Onipanu, obtained a report of a lacking woman, Ms Sulaiimon Adijat, on January 9 who was invited out on a date by one Adebayo Azeez.

Based on him, the investigation revealed that the suspects have been concerned in a cash ritual referred to as ‘Oshole’ to provide N200m inside seven days.

“Oluwo Monday charged the duo of Agbai and Alioneitouria N800,000 to organize the supplies for the ritual cash. Oluwo Monday, in furtherance of his legal intention, later contacted one Peter, who was not new within the commerce of human elements, to supply for a girl between the ages of 18 and 20 years.”

The CP mentioned Peter was to ship the girl’s mutilated physique elements, particularly the pinnacle, two breasts, vagina, and two wrists that may be used for the alleged ritual.

“Nevertheless, on January 10, Sheriff and Osojieahen collected the ritual cash from Oluwo and travelled again to their location in Edo State.
