WASHINGTON: Russian International Minister Sergei Lavrov stated Russia has referred to as for an emergency UN Safety Council session on Wednesday to debate the crash of a Russian aircraft that Moscow says was carrying captured Ukrainian troopers to a prisoner alternate.
