DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Police say two are useless after a taking pictures in south Dallas.
The taking pictures passed off within the 2800 block of Casey St. Thursday night.
Police stated after they arrived, 26-year-old Cory Medina Lucien was discovered shot a number of occasions. Lucien was pronounced useless on the scene.
