There are experiences of one other constructing collapse on Sonuga Avenue, Palm Avenue, within the Mushin space of Lagos.
In response to experiences, this was confirmed by the Everlasting Secretary, Lagos State Emergency Administration Company (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyinyolu, on Friday, September 23, 2022, in Lagos.
Osanyinyolu stated, “A constructing has collapsed in Mushin jiffy in the past. The rescue operation is ongoing.”
Nonetheless, the casualty determine is but to be decided as some persons are feared trapped below the rubble of the collapsed 2-storey construction, as of the time of submitting this report.
