‘Tennessee 3’ meet with Biden, Harris in Oval Workplace

President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris met with Tennessee state reps Gloria Johnson, Justin Jones and Justin Pearson on Monday. The so-called Tennessee 3 had confronted expulsion earlier this month from fellow Home members after they protested in opposition to gun violence on the chamber ground. Biden mentioned the lawmakers are “standing up for our youngsters, standing up for our communities … and democratic values.”
