Troops of Sector 4 of “Operation Whirl Punch’’, and Particular Forces of the 167 Battalion of the Nigerian Military have cleared a bandits hideout in a fierce encounter in Kaduna State.
Commissioner for Inner Safety and Residence Affairs, Mr Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the event in an announcement he issued on Saturday in Kaduna.
Aruwan stated the troops who launched into an extended vary combating patrol to Tukurua common space of Chikun Native Authorities Space of the state, engaged and overpowered the criminals, neutralised one, whereas others fled in disarray.
