Uzbekistan’s pure fuel imports from Russia set to rise through Kazakhstan

TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, March 9. Uzbekistan
intends to extend imports of pure fuel from Russia in transit
by the territory of Kazakhstan by nearly 4 instances, Development stories.

In response to Kazakh Ministry of Vitality, transit fuel provides to
Uzbekistan are deliberate to quadruple from 2026 – as much as 11 billion
cubic meters per 12 months.

transit of Russian fuel within the quantity of as much as 3 billion cubic
meters per 12 months was launched by the territory of our nation
to Uzbekistan,” Kazakh Vitality Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev mentioned at

Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan

territory of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan through the Central Asia-Heart
fuel pipeline.

In the meantime, Uzbekistan deliberate to extend imports of Russian fuel
from the present 9 million to 32 million cubic meters per day
(11.68 billion cubic meters per 12 months).

As a part of the funding program for gasification of Uzbekistan
price $500 million, Russia’s Gazprombank loans can be used to
modernize 511 km of fuel trunk pipelines and 10 fuel pumping
stations.
