BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 15. Work on the
preparation of a peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku hasn’t
stopped regardless of the present escalation of stress, the official
consultant of the Russian Overseas Ministry Maria Zakharova stated
throughout a weekly briefing, Development studies through the Russian media.
“That is the primary precedence. The Russian aspect is offering the
mandatory help,” Zakharova stated.
She reminded that the Russian Overseas Minister’s Particular
Consultant Igor Khovayev visited Baku on September 8-9 and
Yerevan on September 13-14.
In keeping with her, the primary matter [of the visits] was the
dialogue of the draft peace treaty.
